We are starting with a focus on lateral breathing and ribcage connection, continuing with the training of the different layers of the abdominal muscles and ending with a lovely stretching . The exercises are great for beginners or also if you want to focus a bit more an the connection of breathing and coretraining.
You will need a Pilatesring, or just use a ball and a band instead.
